Since 1960, Carlton Oaks has been a beloved recreational facility in Santee. And we want to keep it that way!

Plans are underway to modernize and upgrade Carlton Oaks and preserve this vital community resource for the public’s benefit!

The new Carlton Oaks proposes a redesigned 18-hole golf course with community amenities, residences, and a new boutique resort hotel. The new resort is envisioned to be a welcoming social gathering place to grab a bite, meet a friend, or have a drink.
